ANTI-PLUG RETROFIT
VENEER JET DRYER TUBE
(Replacement for Coe™, Moore, Raute and Babcock)
The square trailing edge guides veneer into the next set of rolls.
The beveled leading edges provide the greatest opening for approaching veneer.
The ANTI-PLUG Jet Tube is constructed with a heavy 12 ga. Face plate and a 16 ga. or 14 ga. body.
The tube is available in either a HIGH VOLUME (300) hole arrangement or the standard (180) 1/2" dia. hole.
Optional Easy Clean-out Ends
This particular hanger system works with Coe™ M-72 or M-62 (modified) and Moore (modified) dryers. Just rotating the closure plate as shown allows you to easily clean the tubes from the small end.
Northwest Dryer has a 47,000 square foot CNC equipped machine shop dedicated to your machining and fabrication needs.
Our large vertical mill can drill, tap and finish 40' X 10' steel plates for your press.
We have a 60' lathe that can handle material 4' in diameter.
Our ten CNC machines are staffed by in-house programmers and experienced machinists to create any custom or hard-to-get parts you need to keep your production going.
We can even create CNC part programs from broken parts!
